Is a product in stock?
If it says 'In stock', then a product is literally in stock with us. Otherwise there is a delivery time, for example: 'On average 1 - 3 business days delivery time'

Is an account required to order?
No, you can also order as a guest. An account is more convenient. For example, you can directly download your invoice and view your order history.

Certainly, please contact us. We deliver many times more than is stated on our website.

Where is the visiting address?
We do not have a visiting address, we only ship from the warehouse.
If a product is simply too large, too heavy or too fragile to ship, the product will be specially delivered by an Always JDM employee or by an external courier company.

Can I also contact you for technical questions and advice?
Yes, you can contact us for advice. We also have experience from the workplace.

What is the delivery time of my order?
If the ordered products are in stock, the delivery time within the Netherlands is usually 1 or 2 business days. Furthermore within Europe the delivery time is usually 2 - 5 business days. The indicated delivery times for the products are from your payment date to arrival in our warehouse.

How long is the warranty?

All products have at least 1 year warranty, rising to a lifetime warranty. How long the warranty lasts depends on the brand.

I am waiting for a refund, when will I get it back?
If you have been finally informed that the reimbursement will be executed, we will carry out the reimbursement the same day.
The processing time varies per payment method. A refund with PayPal is handled the same day. Via iDeal, Mastercard, Bancontact, Visa and V-Pay the processing time takes on average 1 working day.


Why am I not receiving a confirmation by e-mail?
You will receive a confirmation by e-mail from us immediately after your order has been completed and the invoice as soon as payment has been received by us. Have you not received an e-mail? Please check your spam box first, otherwise contact us.

How do I determine the left and right sides of my car?
With left and right products, we assume the position you are behind the wheel. So starting from a Dutch car, the driver's side is on the left and the co-driver's side is on the right.
