Welcome to the Skunk2 Racing Ultra Street Intake Manifold. Years of R&D have resulted in a multi-piece cast aluminum intake manifold that offers benefits only a modular design would allow! Building on the performance legacy of our Pro Series Intake Manifold, and utilizing the latest Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software; Skunk2 Racing has created a three piece modular design that allows for easy disassembly, porting and volume changes of the plenum through the use of a removable plenum. In addition to CFD testing, the Ultra Street Intake Manifold has undergone extensive internal dyno and on-car testing, resulting in a design that is less restrictive, delivering both torque and power gains above any other offering!

Skunk2 Racing Ultra Street intake manifolds are cast aluminum, machined from high quality 356 aluminum alloy for strength and lightweight. Each manifold is CNC machined for an accurate fit and individually inspected for quality assurance. The Ultra Series Street manifold has a generous 68mm throttle body opening and is built with thick walls on entry, minimizing port tuning breakouts. Intensive planning and design went into the plenum (1.8L plenum volume) to distribute an even airflow to all four cylinders under dynamic loading. Placement and design of the velocity stacks have been rigorously flow tested to ensure maximum air delivery to the cylinder. High speeds with increased walkways lead to 10.00” long intake runners with smooth transitions that allow the Ultra Street intake manifold to outflow all other production intake manifolds.

Skunk2 Racing Ultra Street intake manifolds are designed to be used in modified naturally aspirated applications and mildly turbo/supercharged setups.
